Franchise Details:
In order to provide instructions for Certificate Courses, Diploma, Graduate and Post-Graduate Diploma/Degree, programmes of the Bivha Open School through Bivha International, & will establish study centers.
These study centers shall be of three types;
(a)General Study Centre’s,
(b)Special Study Centre’s &
(c)Programme study Centre’s.
Where as the general study centers may offer all the courses offered through Bivha International, the special study centers and programme centers may offer some specific programmes/courses as per agreement (MoU).

How to open a study center?
Bivha OS| Bivha Open School will invite applications for establishment of study centers. This invitation may be given through news-papers or through the website of the Bivha International. There shall be a prescribed format to be filled in by the applicants and they shall have to pay the application fee, processing fee (Non-refundable)  and security deposit (refundable) as fixed by the Bivha OS. Every year a definite date shall be fixed for submitting the applications and the applicants are advised to submit the duly filled-in application-forms before the cut- off date.

Who can apply?
Individual, aided/ self-financed institutions of higher and secondary education, registered societies, trusts, companies, etc., having the arrangement of competent counselors, basic infrastructure for class-rooms, laboratories, library, etc. may apply. The experience of operating the teaching institutions or programmes of study shall be preferred.
For some specific programmes of the Bivha Open School like Yoga, Ayurveda, Agriculture, Hotel Management and Computer Science, some additional and specific 1 pre-requisites must be there.  These can be obtained from the particular School of the Bivha International School of Health & science before submitting the application for operating a study centre.

Classification of location norms for the establishment of Study Centre#:-
The entire state of India & Abroad, for purpose of establishing study-centers, has been classified into five broad categories, i.e.

• Plains (urban)
• Plains (rural)
• Hills (urban)
• Hills (interior) and
• Hills (most interior)

Basic Requirement for Study Center

• Required Area:- 300-1000 sq feet
• Required investment:- Yes (In term of License,Legal Opinion,center validation)
• Total Class room :2+1 One class room with sitting capacity of 30 students
• One room for Practical Lab
• Office with 1 Computer & Internet connection
• Facility of Drinking water & wash room for students
• 30 Chairs, 1 White Board, 1.5 Ton A/C, UPS (1 * 1.5 KVA) Switch (1 * 8-Port) Minimum 06 computers with latest configuration in each, 1* Laser Printer

Centers should provide for:

• At least 5 Computers with facility for Laser Printers, Broadband Internet, Web Cam, Wi-Fi Network and Scanning.
• An aesthetic look, both from inside and outside, worthy of a quality educational set up.
• The entry points with display of the signboard as per design given by Bivha.
• Minimum of 600-1,500 sq. ft. covered area or more depending upon the program(s) being
• Conducted and sufficient open space (owned or long lease) is essential for an study
• Center.
• Not less than two Training Rooms provide an area of 10 sq. ft. per student.
• Essential infrastructure like Reception Desk, Coordinator Room, Computer-room, UPS (power back up), Licensed Software, 512 Kbps Broadband Internet Connection, OHP,
• Teaching-Aids, Furniture, Fixtures and other equipments as per the need of the course(s).   (Photographs and CDs are to be submitted along with INFORMATION CENTRE Registration Form separately).
• A well laid out Library, sufficient to accommodate at least 10% of the enrolled candidates at a time. The Library should have adequate number of books including reference books of all courses being conducted at the
• A minimum 0f 10 reference books per course for an STUDY CENTRE having minimum 50 – 100 students.

Basic Requirement for Admission Point(Also knows as Information Center)

• Required Area:- 200-500 sq feet
• Required investment:- NO But Need to pay Processing & other charges
• Total Class room :N/A
• Practical Lab : N/A
• Office with 1 Computer & Internet connection
• Facility of Drinking water & wash room for students
• Not mandatory but ideal if have 30 Chairs, 1 White Board, 1.5 Ton A/C, UPS (1 * 1.5 KVA) Switch (1 * 8-Port) Minimum 06 computers with latest configuration in each, 1* Laser Printer,UPS, Power Backup (Generator / Invertors as per load), Audio-Video facility, Parking space and Canteen.
• NOTE: Air Conditioning preferred but not mandatory.

Compulsory:-

• One e-Mail ID for day to day Communication.
• One Mobile Number for SMS Alert
• Supporting Staff including lab assistants.

Study Center should maintain:
Students Enquiry Register and Prospectus Sale Register.
Admission Register, Fee Register and Certificate Issue Register.
Training Schedule (To be displayed at the Notice Board).
Register for students who are being provided special training classes (theory & practical) should be separately maintained.
Issue Register indicating issue of Library Books and Enrollment Card etc.
